Hi!! Welcome to my blog, I am your next stop on the SEM birthday celebration!! You should have made it to my blog from Dolores! If you have just started here, make sure you start back at the SEM blog so that you can hop with all the ladies.
Welcome to each of you we are so excited to have you join us for our Birthday Celebration! It has been an exciting year here at Scrapping Everyday Miracles and we are so glad that you have chosen to explore the miracles with us throughout the year. We have an exciting hop planned for you this weekend but that is not all will also have on the blog through out the weekend tutorial and techniques from past designer from the last year and 5 fun and easy challenges that you can enter to win some amazing prizes. The celebration doesn't stop with the blog... on our facebook group http://www.facebook.com/groups/200817343359030/ we will be offering games each day of the event that will have some fabulous prizes. We will also be posting and discussing the challenges that we created for the Birthday Celebration. We might even sneak in some fun random giveaways.
So let the Hop begin....
Each of the Design Team members and our Guest Design Team members have created a project with the theme of celebration to show you on their blogs and they will be showing you their favorite project that they created over the past year here at Scrapping Everyday Miracles. Make sure that you hop along to each blog because you never know where there might be more prizes hiding along the way!
The project that I decided to create to show the theme of celebration was a birthday card for my dear, sweet friend who will be celebrating her birthday next month. She has been a HUGE part of my walk with Christ, and getting to know and understand the Lord better. I am so thankful that she was put into my life, her birth is definitely a cause for celebration!
The project I decided to share as my favorite SEM layout, was the first layout I ever made featuring only my husband and myself. I am so thankful for this wonderful man, and the daily blessing that he is in my life. I can't imagine spending my years here on earth with anyone else, I truly believe that God had him in mind when he made me.
Our hop Grand Prize has been provided by two wonderful sponsors... Paper Loves Glue and Memorable Seasons... Our grand prize winner will win both a gift certificate for $15 to Paper Loves Glue and a $20 gift Certificate to Memorable Seasons. The Paper Bakery Sketch #2
Hello friends!! I have a quick and easy little card I made based on one of this months sketches from The Paper Bakery.
I loved the fun die cut elements and how the sentiment was centered over them. I moved things around a little, to get the look I want, but still have a very cute little card. You can view the sketch here.
Make sure you head over to The Paper Bakery, to get all the details on how you play along with this months sketch challenge for your chance at an awesome prize pack!
Also check out May's project and add on kits, which went up for sale yesterday. They won't last long!!

I decided to have a little fun with my project. I had some plain wooden bangle bracelets sitting around that I bought at Micheal's. I had intentions of doing something with them, but like most things I buy, they got buried and forgotten. Does this happen to anyone else?? lol. I found these just in time to make a fun little project for you.
Before I show you the pics, I want to apologize for the not so great quality. I had lots of factors working against me on these ones, rainy day, new lens that I am having to get the hang of manually focusing, and no clue how to photograph jewelry. Anyway, lol, enough with the excuses, on to the project! :)
This was such an easy project, I simple wrapped with washi tape, and then to make it permanent, put a coat of modge podge over the top of it. My little ladies love it, and have already claimed it as their own! lol.
