Guest Designer for Top Dog Dies

Last week, I was the guest designer for Top Dog Dies, and I put together some cute little cards using their Mini Tag Dies and their Baby on Board dies!

I don't take the time as often as I should to pull out my manual die cut machine, these dies have made me regret that!! They cut beautifully!

Here are the projects I did for them, using the adorable Little Princess line from Imaginisce!

Hi everyone!! I'm getting prepared for this big weather store that is supposed to hit us this weekend! Gotta make sure we have the bread and milk, right? It seems you can never find those at the store when bad weather is rolling in! lol. I'm hoping it holds off and doesn't get as bad as they are saying, the hubby and I were actually going to have a date weekend!

Scrapping Everyday Miracles Blog Hop

Hi!! Welcome to my blog, I am your next stop on the SEM birthday celebration!! You should have made it to my blog from Dolores! If you have just started here, make sure you start back at the SEM blog so that you can hop with all the ladies.

The project that I decided to create to show the theme of celebration was a birthday card for my dear, sweet friend who will be celebrating her birthday next month. She has been a HUGE part of my walk with Christ, and getting to know and understand the Lord better. I am so thankful that she was put into my life, her birth is definitely a cause for celebration!

The project I decided to share as my favorite SEM layout, was the first layout I ever made featuring only my husband and myself. I am so thankful for this wonderful man, and the daily blessing that he is in my life. I can't imagine spending my years here on earth with anyone else, I truly believe that God had him in mind when he made me.

Scrapping Everyday Miracles

Hello friends!! Just wanted to pop on and share that I am guest designer this month over at the amazing blog Scrapping Everyday Miracles. This is a wonderful site, that focuses on bringing your faith and love for the Lord into your craft. I hope you will hop over and check out the site, and play along with this months challenge yourselves, its all about moms this month!

Here is the layout I shared, it focuses on the relationship between my mother and my two girls.

I used the fabulous May add-on kit "Picket Fence" from The Paper Bakery on this layout, love the tones and colors of the kit. I thought the little veneer people were perfect embellies for this layout! :)

Sketchy Thursdays...and an announcement

One of the first challenge blogs that I found and quickly grew to love was Sketchy Thursdays. I was inspired every week by the fabulous sketches and the amazing work of the design team. I remember my excitement when I would get chosen as a Fav for the week, and how extremely shocked and honored I was when chosen to be a part of their team. Through this blog I forged friendships with wonderful ladies, that I probably would never had the opportunity to know otherwise. I am so sad to say that this will be my last layout for Sketchy Thursdays. The wonderful ladies, Diana, Heidi, and Julie have decided that its time, and while I am very saddened by their decision, I understand that the work that must go into keeping up with a blog like Sketchy Thursdays must get overwhelming at times. So I wish them the best of luck in whatever their next steps in this crafty world are, and want them to know that they can't get rid of my that easy, lol, I will continue to follow these ladies for their amazing friendship and the inspiration they always give! My Heart

Happy Saturday!! I hope this weekend is turning out to be a fabulous one for everyone! My has been hectic, but still a good one! I even got some crafty time in!! WOOHOO!! :)
This month I have the awesome honor of being the guest designer over at Scraptastic Club, the kits are fabulous, and the design team is equally amazing!
I got to work with the Button Box kit and add-on, and let me just say FABULOUS!! October Afternoon, My Mind's Eye, Studio Calico, doesn't get much better than this kit!

This kit is just fabulous, and it worked so perfect with this photo of my ladies! :)
