Year In Review

Hi all!!! Sorry its been silent here lately, I am neck deep in CHA work and unfortunately have very few projects I can actually share at the moment. I do, however, have this fun year in review to share today. This went live today on the We R Memory Keepers blog, perfect inspiration for the end of the year!!

Last year was a crazy busy year for our family. We completely renovated our house, had a baby, had two kiddos in school, plus our normal activities, meetings, etc. So to say I got a little behind on my scrapbooking would be an understatement. Which is where the fabulous Albums Made Easy system comes in. I was able to do a quick monthly review for last year, I was able to get the memories and stories down and documented, without the worry of them being forgotten as time goes on. I can easily go back and do 12x12 layouts for stories that I want to go more into detail with, or not. I don't have to worry and stress since they are all ready here and documented.

 Hope this inspires you to get those memories down and recorded!! Have a happy new year, and take time to create something you love!!

Hi all!! Happy Sunday! So hard to believe that Christmas time is here!! I finally have all of my shopping and wrapping done, so now I can sit back and relax and enjoy the holiday! Hope that you are all able to do this same...I don't know about you, but I usually stress through, so glad to be able to actually enjoy this year! :)

Anyways, I am here today to share the new sketch that went up at Creative Scrappers today!! Such a fun one!

I loved all the square blocks, and knew it was perfect for scrapping the photos from my middle daughter's first haircut!

I used a mix of Alison Kreft Recorded and Fancy Pants Happy Go Lucky on this layout...the colors worked great together!

Dear Santa...

Hi all!!! It's Friday!! Busy weekend ahead for us with Miss Emma's birthday, and finishing up that tiny little bit of last minute Christmas shopping. Hoping to sneak in some crafty time too!! ;)

Today I have a couple of layouts to share that I made using the adorable "Dear Santa" paper collection from mambi. It's adorable, and I really just had fun with these layouts.

Adorable, right? I couldn't resist fussy cutting those snowmen out.

Here is the second layout made using this same pad of mambi sheets...

I loved the candy canes down the side, so tried something different, and made my photo and may focal point off the other side. Love the fun vibe it gave it!

Page Maps & Carta Bella Layout!!

Hi everyone!! I'm getting prepared for this big weather store that is supposed to hit us this weekend! Gotta make sure we have the bread and milk, right? It seems you can never find those at the store when bad weather is rolling in! lol. I'm hoping it holds off and doesn't get as bad as they are saying, the hubby and I were actually going to have a date weekend!
